27 February 2010 in a board meeting, when a meeting is adjourned for want of quorum, and even in the adjourned meeting IF there's no quorum..
(a)what happens to the meeting?
(b)should it be adjourned till the required quorum is present?

27 February 2010 Accordint to section 288(1) of the Comapnies Act, If a meeting of the Board could not be held for want of quorum, then, unless the articles otherwise provide, the meeting shall automatically stand adjourned till the same day in the next week, at the same time and place, or if that day is a public holiday, till the next succeeding day which is not a public holiday, at the same time and place.
