16 May 2011 A PVT LTD COMPANY HAVE 2 DIRECTORS(HUSBAND AND WIFE).BILL OF ELECTRICITY AND TELEPHONE OF REGISTERED OFFICE IS IN NAME OF ONE DIRECTOR.PLZ TELL ME WILL THESE BE ALLOWED AS EXPENSES OF COMPANY.NOTHING IS GIVEN IN AOA.
