Billing without excise if turnover < 1 cores if ecc reg

11 February 2014 i have newly taken excise reg for my company present my company turnover is 20 lakhs. shall i make the invoice without Excise upto the limit of excise. please let me know the provisions in excises.

12 February 2014 You can issue the invoice without excise duty upto the 1.5cr turnover. Why you have registered with excise? You should consult with any professional. arunks03@gmail.com
