We have taken a project of construction of Concrete Road on lumpsum contract basis. How we have to raise the bill to our client, whether in Works Contract or Service Bill. If on works Contract what will be the rate of Tax. Whether Sevice Tax and WCT is exempted if construction of Road under Pradan Mantri Sadak Yojana.
