01 April 2013 We are a TRADING COMPANY importing trailer spare parts and selling in india.We have excise registration Certificate.

We have been billing both excise and commercial respectively for Manufacturing and traders.

Is it right to do this, or we should do only excise billing.

02 April 2013 As regd dealer you are free to sell under excise for some cusotmers and others under commercial invoices.
