BILL OF ENTRY (DUTY PAID)

This query is : Resolved

28 July 2022 Our company has received goods from US, with terms of custom duty paid by exporter.
Please confirm that in this case Bill of entry not issued/required by customs.

06 July 2024 In general, when goods are received from the US with customs duty paid by the exporter, a Bill of Entry (BOE) may not be required at the destination country's customs. This is because the duty has already been paid upfront by the exporter, and customs clearance has typically been handled on that end.
