19 September 2010 I need bill discounting concept with example.

Please any body clarify my doubt regarding bill discounting?

We got one order from party & the payment terms is 90% against Bill of discounting.

Kindly clarify. Very urgent.

24 September 2010 Bill discounting is a mechanism available to suppliers (sellers) to get finance by discounting the bill (which is drawn based on the invoice raised on the buyer).
Not sure whether this answers your question as I am not very clear on your question. Can you please elaborate?
