Bg commission whether chargele to service tax

28 June 2013 Whether banks has to pay service tax on BG commision charged by them.


Since bankers are not given the invoice or bill mention the service tax portion, then we can do 112.36 formaula and avile the service tax input on it.

In case bank not mentioned, check with bankers incase they charging inclusive of ST,then you apply back calculations and take input
