Sir, I think i am not able to use my articleship training for my development as a professional upto optimum level. Please suggest some solution.

Does not matter. Dont think about the past. Utilise the time and resource you have in hand, or one day it will also become past. The only thing i can suggest is that keep your urge to learn going. Dont stop on that thinking about what you did in past.
