11 January 2015 Could anyone tell me the best book (except institute material) for scoring40 out of 40 in ethics and communication

12 January 2015 It is not the book but the quality of your preparation and answer and presentation while exam which will enable you to score such high marks.

You can opt for Munish Bhandari's book which is one of the best.

You must also study Practice Manual and RTP for better preparation.

13 January 2015 Full marks is very difficult in this paper but you can score very high marks if you write correct answers and present it well be it from any book.
