Don't expect coaching classes to explain concepts much. Even if they do, it'd would be very briefly. They are always in rush to complete the course and solve hundreds of problems.
Costing and FM is one of the most interesting subject. If you are worrying about not knowing concepts, you can refer books as i wrote earlier. Plus, you can refer websites for specific topic and module. But by doing this, you'd end up giving lot of time to one subject, which is not wise from exam point of view.
Rather, try to understand yourself that why such treatment is given in a particular situation. Gradually, you'd be learning concepts.
