Please tell me the Benefits of Filing Return even the total income is below the basic exemption limit???

Useful if you have an intention to obtain a loan, beacause in most of the cases Banks & other financial institutions generally ask for I.Tax Returns for last 3 yrs. But in case of a salaried person , pay slip can substitute I.Tax return.
There may be other benefit also e.g. for getting Visa etc.
