30 July 2017 Asst Yr/2016-17 (fin yr 2015-16): When an individual having salary income and FDR interest tried to file belated return (refund due) online through ITR 1, the system is not accepting. It says date over u/s 139(1). What to do? Is thee any other for belated return? - Ramaswamy.T
