29 November 2010 Dear members,

In case of Tax audit can i file return. In case if i file belated return, what are the penal consequences if already deducted TDS. No self assessment tax payable.

29 November 2010 No penalty if Belated return is filed on or before 31.03.2011 (Assuming your case is for FY 2009-10)
