Banking related query

20 September 2014 Here is a query :
"Mr A" opens a Savings Bank Account in a certain Bank. He signs as "Mr B". Will it be a valid signature ?
Does a Bank Manager have authority to ask Mr A to sign as "Mr B" only as he is Mr A and not Mr B ? Isn't it infringement over the right of a customer ?

20 September 2014 at best it is a fraud...

20 September 2014 I did not expect the answer you posted. I wanted to know whether the customer Mr A was well empowered to sign as he wishes. Thanks

20 September 2014 you are empowered to sign in any manner you wish to but to the effect as an impersonation.

And if the bank manager forces the customer to sign different to his original signature it would be straightaway fraud.

20 September 2014 Also please tell me whether the Bank Manager is authorized to ask a customer to put in his signature as his name is given in the account or in his KYC I-card please. When the Manager asks him to do so, whether it is infringement of the customer's right.
