Here is a query : "Mr A" opens a Savings Bank Account in a certain Bank. He signs as "Mr B". Will it be a valid signature ? Does a Bank Manager have authority to ask Mr A to sign as "Mr B" only as he is Mr A and not Mr B ? Isn't it infringement over the right of a customer ?

Also please tell me whether the Bank Manager is authorized to ask a customer to put in his signature as his name is given in the account or in his KYC I-card please. When the Manager asks him to do so, whether it is infringement of the customer's right.
