Hey Vinay, BRS is bank reconcilation statement which is required to reconsile your balance due to several reasons it can be possible 1. Cheque deposted but not accounted in your account 2. Cheque issue but not deposited so far 3. Bank Interest is rec by the customer 4. Bank charges debited in the account
There are lots of other several reason which we need to rectify otherwise bank balance and pass book balance will not match.
