I IM A EXECUTIVE IN A FIVE STAR HOTEL.
WE AVAILED AN EPCG LICENCE AND OUR CLEARING AGENT ASK ME FOR FILE BANK GUARANTEE IN CUSTOM BUT I WILL TO BOND AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION .
MY QUERY IS
1.
WHOM SHOULD WE SUBMIT THE BOND / BANK GUARENTEE IN CUSTOM.
2.IF OUR TURNOVER IS 15 CRORE .
3. IF WE ARE REGISTERED IN C.EXCISE.
