Just have a sitting with banks staff for half an hour and ask them to teach this software... . . it is very boring software,.. . . for reports generation use "PTR" . . just ask them and make a note of commands,..and collect finacle manual if any availablke at branch . . best method is get a halfanour training from bank staff and make note of all commands for report preparation
