Bank cheque bounce with balance

13 May 2011 I have ample balance in the saving bank account even throught my three cheque has been bounched
What legal action i can take against bank.
Please provide the procedure for the same.

15 May 2011 follow the reason mentioned in rejection memo, then ask for clarification from bank,

if unsatisfied, then write to head office,

still unsatisfied, then write to ombustman, rbi

20 May 2011 ist you shd get exact reson of the chq. bounce. there may sign difference, cutting on the cheque, date of cheque.

if every thing is reight than u can claim financial losses arise to u.
ist write to BM, cc to thier higher autho. and if not gt. resp. with in i month can file on line/off line compalint to Banking Ombudsman.
