Sir, My name is Nikhil Prakash.I am an IPCC student,planning to do B.com after clearing IPCC. I want to do B.com of IGNOU or Bharathiar University,which give exemptions for several papers,for students who have cleared IPCC. Which university's B.com is better?IGNOU or Bharathiar?
