Sir We Are Newly Registered Manufacturing Company. We are not registered under Central Excise. In Fy 2014-15 We Purchased Capital goods. Whether We Can take Cenvat Credit Of Excise duty Paid On Purchase Of Capital Good In 2014-15.
We Will Get Registered Under Excise In This yera i.e. fy 2015-16
