Availability of name for company registration in maharashtra

I have a confusion that if any company wants to use word "India" in between name of company while filling Form 1A whether minimum Authorized capital should be Rs. 500000/- or Rs. 2500000/-

No need to maintain minimum authorised and paid up capital for having word "India" in the proposed name. This restriction has been removed from Name Availability Guidelines.

Minimum Capital requirement is now applicable for finance company.
