Auditors' name in the it return

13 October 2012 Please tell that if the auditors' name in the return is mistakenly written of retiring auditor instead of new auditor.
So can the return be revised u/s 139(5) if the return was submitted timely u/s 139(1).

13 October 2012 Yes you should revise the return immediately as the same was submitted using DSC. Enter new auditors detail.
