12 October 2009 Pls suggest that can the date of audit report(Tax audit case) be signed after issue of notice for AGM
Eg.

Dt of Notice 5.09.09
Dt of Audit report 28.09.09
Dt of AGM 30.09.09

12 October 2009 No problem in that, There is no provision in Co Act which requires signing date of Audit report before sendin notice, however it should be signed before AGM, o/w adjourn the meeting.
