Dear Expert, auditor is appointed in AGM of a Pvt Ltd Co. but due to some problem, now he is not willing to continue and want to resign from his post. Please give me the format of resignation letter in such case.

Ltd. has to submit as follows 1 I/we was appointed as an auditor on ______ 2 My/our tenure is likely to be over in the following general meeting 3 Due to engagement in other professional work, I/we will not be able to continue as auditor of company. 4 My/our audit fee has been paid upto ____ and following amounts are pending 5 I/we shall also like to point out following areas which need to be looked into by management
