13 December 2011 the son of the director can be appointed as the auditor of the director company , it will not any professional mis conduct

13 December 2011 Yes, provided he does not fall under the following
1.An officer or employee of the company
2.A person who is a partner with an employee of the company or employee of employee of the company
3.a person who is indebted >1,000 to the company
4.A person who is holding any security of the company

I don't think there will not be any professional mis-conduct
