I have been appointed as auditor in the newly incorporated company . i am trying to file auditor appointment to roc i have downloaded form 23b from mca website and fill the required inforamation after digital signature attached. after all this,free scruitiniy says that form 23b is older version pleas download the new version . i have done twice in the morning but i am getting same error please help me solve this problem I also heard that as per CO Act 2013. FORM ADT-1is for appointment of auditor but still this form is not available please help solve this issue

48 new forms are notified to be applicable from today 28.04.2014. Please check the list if the appointment form exists in that list or not.
