23 November 2012 if my wifes sisters husband is managing director of a company can i be appointed as a auditor of that company

23 November 2012 Your question is not clear. If the director is spouse etc or in other way related to the auditor, than he can not be appointed as the auditor. Otherwise the appointment is possible.
