Hello As per the master circular of RBI dated 01.07.2009, the auditor of NBFC COMPANY has to give a report to the BOD in addition to the auditor report given under the companies act. whether this report is part OF THE AUDITORS REPORT or it will be a separate report Regards, Jyoti Baid

It is not a part of auditors report because audit is not responsible for that part of report. he is responsible for true and fair view of audit report only.
