I need to give audit report to an individual medical practitioner whose gross annual receipt is less than Rs. 15 lacs. what report should I give to him.

I am not talking about tax audit, I need general audit report for any client who is not required by any statute to get his financial statements audited but he/she ask professional to audit the accounts and provide a audited report.
