16 June 2011 Can A Tax consultant firm receive Audit Remuneration in his own name instead of directly Auditors Name.

16 June 2011 If auditor is signing the financials then only CA should receive the remuneration.

If auditor is not signing but only providing guidance to the tax consultant then tax consultant can receive and pay the auditor.
