IIS THE AUDIT OF A TRUST REGISTERED UNDER 12A IS MANDETORY UNDER SECTION 44AB AND IS IT COMPULSURY TO FILE INCOME TAX RETURN WHEN THER IS NO TAXABLE INCOME AS ALL THE PROFIR ( EXCESS OVER INCOME) HAS BEEN USED IN BUILDING CONSTRUCTION AND FURNITURE
