Can some body tell me whether audited data will be first sign by auditors or it will be firstly presented in Board meeting for approval.

Audited Data means that it is audited and signed by the auditor, then only it can be presented in the board Meetings. Although the objections or clarifications by the Board can be implemented by the approval of the auditors.
Practically, both are done simultaneously and Management consulation on major issues are made before issuing audit Report.
