07 October 2011 Hi Experts,I have seen two different entries in balance sheet,i.e legal fees and audit fees,how both different from each other.

Legal fees: paid for legal consultation. for e.g. consultation fees to file suit for boucing of cheque.

Audit fees: paid for audit of books of accouts/ records etc.
