20 September 2017 If GST registered Assessee makes a provision for Tax Audit fees for F.Y. 2016-17. (i.e. as on 31/03/2017), Tax Auditor (Unregistered) raise a bill for the same in Sep-17, Is he liable to pay GST under RCM?
