PLEASE TELL ME WHAT IS SOX 2002 ACT . IS IT SIMILAR TO AUDIT PRACTICE IN INDIA AS PER OUR AAS.IF YES WOULD OUR GOVT PLANNING FOR SAME ACT FOR MANDATORY APPLICATION OF AUDIT TO EVERY COMPANY
