11 September 2009 If a Private Ltd. co. is required to audit its a/c in case its Turn Over or Gross Receipts is less than limit as per Income Tax?

11 September 2009 Yes, if the turnover or gross receipts of the pvt ltd company exceeds the limit for tax audit, then such company shall get its accounts audited under the income tax act.
