For PCC its 5 attempts to clear.., if u still cannot, u need to pay registeration fee for appearing in 6th attempt... Mind it, ur registeration no. won't change in these cases..... While for FINALS there's no restriction on no. of attempts (afa my knowledge is concerned), u just need to pay the exam fees everytime.., no other payments reqd to be made......
