27 April 2014 my final attempt due on nov'15 as i m registered on 30-04-13 for my articelship but now i have taken my transfer on 21-03-14 and still i dont get a new employer and this gap exceeds about 1month so i want to know that is my final get delayed due to this 1 month gap from transfer date.pls help

28 April 2014 Yes, your attempt shall be delay and postponed to May'16 and onwords attempt(s) depending on the time gap between termination on re-registration to articleship,because of the gap between termination and articleship registration is called and break in articleship training period and doesn't count for the purpose of articleship training completion period.

for your understanding example: actually your articleship training shall be complete by 30-4-2016(assuming no excess leaves) means as on 1-11-2015 you are in last six months of articleship training period so according to the ICAI regulations you are eligible fro Nov'15 attempt, but due to the termination you registered your articleship after one month from the date of termination(this one month doesn't considered as leave shall be considered as break in articleship training period mean temporally discontinued your articleship training) means you articleship training period shall be complete by 30-5-2016 means on 1-11-2015 you are in the last 7 months of articleship training period so not eligible for Nov'15 attempt.

ICAI strictly giving guidance to the students do immediate re-registration to articleship after termination with out postponement of your eligible attempt, because of the problem facing by you the institute giving this intimation and caution every time along with the exam notification.

However now you have one chance if you get stamp paper back dated means between 21-3-2014 to 20-4-2014 then request your new employer to give articleship training from the back date means from 22-3-2014 then only you shall get Nov'15 attempt otherwise it shall postpone to next attempt(s) based on the your articleship re-registration date.

30 April 2014 You stamped before the date of termination, so it may not be(i am not sure) accept by the ICAI for new registration,but there is possible ways and reasons to get stamp paper on the earlier date of termination,because of with the view of taking termination we get stamp paper in advance,

But for normal cases also ICAI generally allowing stamping date on or after the date of commencement of articleship and which is with in one month from the date of articleship, so on this grounds it may not be accept by the ICAI, however legally your stamping is acceptable,but ICAI may not accept.

So better to get stamp paper in between 21-3-2014 to 20-4-2014 to avoid all kinds of problems or issues,because of you already delay more than one month to submit new form 103.
