To proceed with applying for the Advanced Integrated Course on Information Technology and Soft Skills (AICITSS) - Advanced Information Technology (ATC) certificate after completing your 3-year articleship training and passing IPCC Group 1, but without having paid the Rs. 1000 at the time of CA course registration, you can follow these steps:
### Steps to Apply for ATC Certificate:
1. **Ensure Eligibility**: Confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria for applying for the ATC certificate, which typically includes completing IPCC Group 1 and having commenced your articleship.
2. **Log in to ICAI Portal**: Visit the official website of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and log in to your student account using your credentials.
3. **Navigate to ATC Section**: Once logged in, navigate to the section related to ATC or AICITSS. This section is usually under the student dashboard or the educational services tab.
4. **Check Payment Status**: Verify whether the Rs. 1000 payment is a mandatory prerequisite for applying for the ATC certificate. If it is required and you have not made the payment during your CA course registration, you will need to pay this amount first.
5. **Make Payment**: If the Rs. 1000 payment is necessary and pending, proceed to make the payment through the online payment gateway provided on the ICAI portal. Follow the instructions provided for payment.
6. **Apply for ATC Certificate**: Once the payment is confirmed and processed, proceed to apply for the ATC certificate. Fill out the application form for the ATC certificate, providing all necessary details and attaching required documents (such as proof of completing IPCC Group 1 and articleship).
7. **Submit Application**: Submit the completed application form along with any required documents electronically through the portal.
8. **Track Application**: Monitor the status of your application through the ICAI portal. They typically provide updates on the progress of your application.
### Additional Tips:
- **Contact ICAI Support**: If you encounter any issues during the application process or have specific questions regarding the Rs. 1000 payment or ATC certificate application, contact the ICAI helpline or visit your regional office for assistance.
- **Document Preparation**: Ensure you have scanned copies of all necessary documents ready before starting the application process to avoid delays.
By following these steps and ensuring that all prerequisites are met, you should be able to successfully apply for your ATC certificate. If you have further doubts or need clarification, contacting ICAI directly would be beneficial.
