Sir, please let me know whether ATC course is equivalent to M.Com course..??

No.It is not equivalent to m.com.After completing ipcc both groups you will be considered equivalent to graduate.After qualifying CA final you will be considered equivalent to post graduate

please note that considering CA as post-graduate is also limited to only a few universities. For eg University of Delhi doesn't. UPSC considers CA only as a graduate.
