Hi following questions regarding assessment. Please help.
1. If assessment of my return for AY 2006-2007 is not completed due to some reason (for e.g. I haven't replied to the notice), will IT department stop doing assessment of my subsequent returns (i.e. AY 2007-08, 2008-09 etc)? If yes, what will happen to subsequent returns I filled. Will those be considered once I clear 2006-07 assessment?
2. Is there any way to find assessment of my return is completed for particular AY or not?
3. I change my residence after filing return, AO sends notice to old address, I don't get notice. Who is at fault for this?
