CPC can only be contacted via phone or e-mail, or one can personally visit (extreme)
If the error is the fault of the TIN (NSDL/UTI), then you can get it changed by writing a simple letter mentioning the error and changes and posting it to the address mentioned in the letter issued alongwith the PAN.
