How to fill Casual vacancy as per section 139(8) By the Company and How to Intimate by Company To Roc and in which Form And What is The Procedure For That?

18 June 2014 Normally CV is to be filled by the board of directors.

However if CV is due to resignation, then approval of shareholders is also required through General Meeting resolution.

After appointment company is required to inform ROC in form DPT.1.

DPT.1 is an intimation format. DPT.1 is required to be attached with E-form GLN.2

GLN.2 will be filed with ROC.
