whether brokerage cost while issuing debenture at discount is a part of borrowing cost as per AS 16 as mentioned in AS that interest and other cost incurred by entity in connection with the borrowing of funds.... thanx in advance plz sort out my problem......

yes if its incidental or auxiliary which will form part of borrowing cost.
