Articleship transfer form urgent

15 March 2014 I'm in my 1st year of articleship and now I'm taking a transfer.
My previous firm was in Pune and my new firm is in Lonavala.
Will I face any issue in taking the transfer?

Can I take an online printout of form 103 or is it compulsory to purchase it from institute?

Do I have to fill form 112 again. I'd already filled and submitted 112 during my initial registration.

If I'm not suppose to fill 112 then what shall I fill in point 17 of form 103.

Also is it compulsory that the office shall begin at 11 only.
Cant it being at 11:30 as I'll need some time for travelling.

15 March 2014 U should purchase form 103 from the institute.
No You are not required to fill form 112 again and chill man we all adjust with the timing,convince your new boss for the same..all the best

15 March 2014 my new boss is okay with me reaching late.
But institute will again question that how come you reach so fast from Pune to Lonavala as my college timings in form 112 is 7.30 to 10.45.
(although I'm in T.Y. B'Com and I dont attend college at all other than for practicals and exams).

so is it okay if I put office timings as 11:30 to 19:00?
So that I can show 10:45 to 11:30 as travelling time.

And as you said I'm not suppose to fill form 112 then what shall I fill in option 17 of form 103?

15 March 2014 That is totally ok ,dont change the timing in form 103,let it be from 11..n Leave point 17 vacant,the details of your college timing is already fed with your first registration

15 March 2014 1) You are in the first year of articleship training period, ICAI didn't prescribed any conditions for taking of termination during the first year of articleship training training period, So you are free to take such termination and you didn't face any problem due to this termination.

2)Yes, you can take print out of form 103 and form 102 which is downloaded from the web, but downloaded forms doesn't contain Student ID Card, so if you want student ID card then must and should be purchase hard copy as well as even you downloaded it from web you have to pay Rs.50 as cost of application through DD, so suggested better to purchase hard copy.

3) According to the ICAI regulation articleship training students office timings shall not start after 11.00 am and doesn't end before 5.00 pm, So even your employer accepting you to arrive office by 11.30 pm it is unofficial and not authorize by ICAI. So you shall mention office start time is from 11.00 Am in form 103 don't mention 11.30 A.M.

4)You already submitted form 112 and assuming now you continuing the same course to which you submitted form 112, so now you need not to submit form 112 but at point no.17 of form 103 you have fill the details of other course and permission get letter from ICAI details for this you have to fill 17(a),17(b) and 17(c) only and 17(d) is not applicable in your case.

18 March 2014 The meaning of point no 4 is, You already submitted form 112 means you already get permission from ICAI, so now you need not to send form 112 again but at point no 17 of form 103 you have to fill the details about the earlier permission get from ICAI at point 17(a),17(b) and 17(c); but 17(d) not applicable in your case. So fill point no:17(a),17(b) and 17(c) and put not applicable for 17(d). This is the meaning of point no 4 above.
