you can take transfer but after one year you have to take prior permission from icai .. . you have to make an application to icai that you want transfer and you should provide reason for transfer and along with your boss recommendation for transfer of articleship . . after considering this icai will accept/reject your request you have to go accordingly.. . . . kindly contact icai chapter office for more help,..
