I have made my article regulation on 24 th October 2014 & now I wan to change the firm so can I change by cancelling the 103 form sent by old firm as I have nt yet received article confirmation plz guide me

no you cannot . . if form 103 is already sent to icai,.. . . you need to wait till registration done successfull and later you have to take transfer from articleship with boss permission
