Sir/mam plz advice. I have completed 1year 4 months of articleship in khandwa. But due to my severe back pain ,i want to shift to indore my home town and take transfer in indore ca firm.
Whether i would be permited by icai to take transfer on my medical grounds. My boss is ready to gve me transfer.

You have to make a request to ICAI along with your boss recommendation letter and Medical certificate from Government hospital doctor praying for approval of transfer . . . if icai satisfied you may take transfer by submitting form 109

Sir the transfr basd on medicl grounds i have to take the leave fr 3 months. sir would thz leave cn afect my ca final atempt ? Till now i have take approx 60 days leave. plz tell sir

first on a plain paper make an application regarding the issue u discussed above and then u need to wait for icai's approval in writing then only u can file form 109 for transfer.
remember u need to take sign of your current principal on both the plain paper and form 109.

Thanx fr the reply sir. Sir plz tell As til now i have taken aprox 50 leaves and after thz 3 months leave my total leave wl be 141 days aprox and total leaves alowed are 180 days. . So even if my total limit fr 180 days max. Leaves croses in 3 years then my articlshp get extend na ? 0r some efect it would make on my ca final exam atempt.

. . DELAY U MADE IN RE REGISTRATION WILL EXTEND YOU ARTICLESHIP COMPLETION BY DELAY . . SO JUST LET US KNOW WHAT IS UR DATE OF COMPLETION OF ARTICLES AND UR FINAL ATTEMPT DEPEND ON THAT ONLY

Thanx fr the reply sir Sir my date of registration as an article was 28 october 2012 .and my ca final exam atempt is may 2015. And my date of completion of articlshp is 28 oct 2015.
Plz tell what should be writen on medical certifcte. As should it just certify my disease 0r it should also certify the no. Of months i need bed rest ?

in detail on a paper must be attached but on certificate must mention the medical problems based on medical grounds and the no of days/ months required for recovery.

Yes.in ur case 3 months leave will delay ur exam attempt . . BcoZ ur date of reg 28.10.2012 . Completes on 27.10.2015 . But due to ur 3 months leave ur revised date of completion of articles will get delayed by 3 months and extended by it .so date of completion of article was 27.01.2016 . As per ca regulations u will get ca final exam attempt after 2.5 years articleship i.e, in last 6 months of articles . Which makes ur first attempt November 2015 and u are not eligible for may 15 exam
