I want to get transfer within 1st year of articleship if I submit Form 109 and Form 103 at same time to institute then is it permissible or wait for submission of Form 103 till permission from ICAI? Kindly solve my problem.

Yes,you can do so . .can send form 103 and form 109 at a time,,even i have done the same . . we dont need to wait for icai confirmation it will accepts any way
